Types of Washing Tunnels and Cabins:

In this system, the operator enters the cabin wearing protective clothing and uses a hose or high-pressure washer gun to clean the required parts with water.

Washing Tunnel with Movable Conveyor
A widely used solution for high-speed production lines, where parts are passed through the tunnel on a conveyor. Washing cycles, water pressure, and temperature are fully customized to meet customer needs.

Movable Nozzle Tunnel

Here, the part remains stationary while the washing nozzles move along the tunnel. This solution is ideal for facilities with limited space.

Washing Tunnel with Dancer Conveyor
For applications requiring the washing of a large volume of parts in restricted space, a tunnel with fixed nozzles and a moving conveyor is recommended. Parts enter via conveyor, and as the process begins, the conveyor moves them slightly while nozzles wash all surfaces. At the end of the cycle, the cabin doors open and the cleaned parts exit the tunnel.
